Maximum two pets:
$300 fee per pet
$20 monthly pet rent per pet
Most breeds of dogs are welcome. Please check with the Briarhill Team for specific pet guidelines.
Restricted breeds:
• Pit Bulls and Staffordshire Terriers
• Doberman Pinschers
• Chow Chows
• Rottweilers
• Presa Canarios
• German Shepherds
Other restrictions may apply.
