I have been living here for the past three years and overall it has been a great experience. The location has been perfect for me - close to Target and right down the road from Emory! I definitely take advantage of the pool area. Sometimes maintenance can be slow to respond to online requests but if you go in person all the staff are super nice and will help right away. Brandon was my leasing agent when I first moved in and is now our property manager. He is always friendly and responsive to any concerns. Over the past year or so they have made it a priority to increase the number of resident events to build community.

My husband & I moved to GA from WI this past year. Jimira was so kind to give us a virtual tour since we would not be making a trip down to see it in person before applying! She was patient & helped walk us through the application process. We’ve been here for 4 months now and absolutely love it! Brandon & Jimira are excellent to work with. The neighbors are wonderful, the pool is always kept up & overall a wonderful community! Maintenance can be slow..we’ve been waiting for a new light in our laundry room & bathroom door since we moved in. We had 3 different maintenance guys look at it & never gets resolved. Although, the maintenance guys are friendly!

We moved here May 2024 and have been so impressed with the welcoming community. They do a good job at keeping the facilities clean and maintaining the pool. My wife and I love the location and feel very safe here.

Brandon, Jimira, and Darlene make up the most awesome leasing team that I ever dealt with. They’re kind and very friendly. I haven’t been at another apartment complex where everything was fixed for me in a timely manner. Being disabled was a problem at complexes in the past, but not at Briarhill. They’re wonderful and don’t make you feel discriminated against.

I toured this property and loved it! It was very nice and I really liked the amenities. I met Jimira and Brandon who were both absolutely amazing and informative!! They were both cool and made sure to answer every last question that I had.

Living in Briarhill is truly a great experience. The leasing office does a lot of events and they're always a hit. The lush green spaces and dog park offer ample opportunities for my dog to enjoy life. . The overall quality of life in Briarhill, coupled with its welcoming atmosphere and diverse opportunities for recreation, makes it a place I am proud to call home.

I love the community and location. It’s close to Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and more. The staff is amazing and friendly. I love how we have monthly events for the residents and can get to know our neighbors.

i’ve been living here since September. they’ve made some major improvements. they do require their wifi but they recently increased the speed for everyone. the gym is finally open and the dog park. the leasing staff is great and is helpful.

I've lived in a few different apartment complexes, and Briarhill Apartments is definitely one of the best. The apartments themselves are the largest and most affordable in the market, and the area is so beautiful and peaceful with all the trees.

Toured the community last week. I really like the location of the community as it is kind of tucked away and quite. I toured with the gentleman Brandon. Everyone in the leasing office made me feel welcomed. I have a friend who also lives here who had recommended. This community is definitely worth the visit.
